Fudgy Meringue Cookies

A new recipe that was spotted by my sister in a magazine. I had been talking about making them for weeks, and I finally got around to doing it! The reviews: Making it in my little toaster oven required some pretty major changes to the baking time. Recipe says to make two trays at a time, for 12 minutes total baking time, I could only put in one tray, and baked for 6 minutes only. Guinea pigs liked them, general consensus was that they are delightfully light but rich and chocolatey. I would definitely make these again!!!!! - Posted using BlogPress from my iPhone
